Schools agree with the "simplex" assessment

The Council of Schools sent Tuesday, the Minister of Education the need to find "new proposals" to develop the assessment of teachers in the next academic year, according to a statement from the government advisory body.

According to the same note, the advisers agreed, in general, with measures to simplify the process proposed by the government, "which added to the analysis suggestions that are worthy of the Ministry of Education," not mentioning that the Council of Schools ( EC), which represents all boards of the country, maintains the request for suspension of proceedings, as was adopted at the beginning of last week.

In a meeting Tuesday between the EC and minister, Maria de Lurdes Rodrigues' presented a set of proposals to provide the conditions necessary for continuing the process of assessing teacher performance this school year, "says the text.
