Manuela Ferreira Leite explained, in the Algarve, that the law, drawn up when he was Minister of Finance, prior to its review within three years but has not done so by the government.
"One of the points that, probably, is going to a great injustice are the evaluation criteria that were set at the time, but which are unfair and show how it is written in the law that should be reviewed after three years, was just to fill such gaps, "he said.
